Stalker-tachi 2000%! 

Haruka shows a lot of backbone in this episode when the annoying HEAVENS make a few more snide comments, bathing in their "sure-win" situation. God, I just wanted to bash their heads but then I decided to sit back and watch them be defeated because this is UtaPri. The day HEAVENS wins the UtaPri cup is the day that Shining Saotome enters a room by walking in through the door.

The guys begin practicing for the battle with HEAVENS and Quartet Night begin to find themselves being affected by how bonded and amazing ST☆RISH's songs are. It's also pretty much confirmed that AiAi is an AI in the anime because his "memories" were pixel-lised. Reiji makes everyone face themselves and it seems that there is no teamwork between them, yet, they have unconsciously become close. He asks them if they want to work together to become better. Ranmaru scoffs and walks off, AiAi begins acting strange and Camus confronts Ranmaru later, claiming that he himself hasn't changed.

Cecil finds himself unable to stop doing the Agnadance, a dance that the people of Agnapolis learn to honour the muses. 

Agnadance = Twirling with sparkles. 

In which Syo, surprisingly, helps Cecil to learn the proper dance choreography and when the boy sneaks out to practice at night, the entire group finds themselves outside ( plus Haruka ) stalking  watching him practice his dance. This is proof of how close they have all become. 

Eventually, the time comes and we are introduced to HEAVEN's song, Heaven's Gate. While the song was powerful and really good, it was missing this thing that only ST☆RISH has. We end off with seeing them stunned at how good HEAVENS is but Shining Saotome has something to say to Raging Ootori. Is it really HEAVENS that is going to win?

Plus, Haruka encounters HEAVENS as I mentioned and Ranmaru saves her from them. He later asks her a question, which she replies in the same way Reiji did when he tried to convince them to work together as Quartet Night.

Happily enough, this episode focused a lot on the senpai-tachi. My feelings have not been betrayed.

I couldn't stop laughing when Shining-san and Raging Ootori laughed like crazy

Episode 12 was wonderfully executed and fans are excitedly waiting for the last episode despite probably knowing the outcome.
